HyperSol® Sugar HPLC Columns – The HyperSol® Sugar Series is expertly designed for high-resolution separation of carbohydrates, organic acids, peptides, nucleic acids, and other water-soluble compounds. These columns feature low-linking sulfonated styrene-divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) spherical resins available in 5%, 8%, and 10% cross-link forms and in various ionic configurations, including Hydrogen (H⁺) and Calcium (Ca²⁺). The unique separation mechanism of the HyperSol® Sugar columns combines ion-exchange and hydrophilic interactions, along with size exclusion, ion exclusion, and ligand exchange modes—offering unmatched versatility for complex aqueous analyses.
HyperSol® Sugar-H is packed with H⁺-modified PS/DVB resin (8 µm particle size) and is ideal for the analysis of Ribavirin, organic acids, and mixed alcohols. It is compatible with a wide range of aqueous mobile phases, including pure water, and operates efficiently within a temperature range of 20–90°C and a pH range of 1–3.
HyperSol® Sugar-Ca utilizes Ca²⁺-modified PS/DVB resin (8 µm particle size) and is specifically engineered for sugar analysis in industrial and research applications. It excels in separating glucose, fructose, maltose, and maltotriose from higher oligomers typically found in corn syrups or during the hydrolysis of beet, cane, and starch. The Sugar-Ca column also supports a wide operating temperature range of 20–90°C with a pH stability range of 5–9, ensuring consistent performance and reproducibility.
